If possible, please ensure someone is available to receive any items we send to you as a signature may be required. Please contact us if you have any further delivery instructions you wish us to pass on to the courier if no one is available, otherwise your parcel will be left with a neighbour.

Items Not Received

If you haven’t received your item within the allotted time frame, please contact us through eBay messaging service and we will rectify this on your behalf. Any parcels found to be missing in transit will be re-sent or refunded/exchanged if stock is not available.
