We make every effort to ensure that all goods on our website are described accurately. However, if an error has occurred we will do our best to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
Please be aware that when viewing our website any illustrations are meant as a guide only, the colours of our items may vary due to lighting or the display settings on your computer or device.
We are dedicated to keeping all your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secure. We do not pass on, sell, swap any of your personal details with anyone. We don't keep or store credit card details. The information you provide is strictly used only to identify your orders, provide you with our quarterly newsletter and to personalise your shopping experience with us.
Whenever you use our website, or any other website, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. The unique network address of your computer is called its "IP address", and is sent automatically each time you access any Internet site. From a computer's IP address, it is possible to determine the general geographic location of that computer, but otherwise it is anonymous. We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.
When placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgment email, which contains the products you have ordered, total cost and your order number. Please beware that this confirmation does not guarantee our acceptance of the order. You will receive an additional confirmation email after the goods have been dispatched.
All goods are subject to availability. If for any reason they are no longer available we will try to offer you an alternative, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the contract and offer a refund.
All prices are displayed in UK pounds and are inclusive of VAT.
You can pay via PayPal, Visa Debit or Credit card, bank transfer, postal order or cheque (made out to ‘Back to Home Ltd’).
All transactions are processed using a SSL secure server.
We aim to deliver between 1 and 5 working days of dispatch, depending on delivery address and stock availability.
Due to courier restrictions, some areas may be required to pay an additional surcharge; this could apply to the following postal areas:

Simply return your item within 14 days of receipt, unused and in its original condition. Please note that you the buyer are responsible for the cost of returns on all unwanted items.
If you receive any damaged or faulty items and you wish to return or exchange, please contact us as soon as possible and we will instruct you on our procedures. Please be aware you may be asked to provide some photographs; these are simply so we can assess the damage or fault to determine whether returning the item is necessary. This does not affect your rights for an exchange of refund.
