Delivery
Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 working day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Multiple items may be shipped separately to reduce the risk of damage in transit.

Tracking Service Available
If possible, please ensure someone is available to receive any items we send to you as a signature may be required. If you have any further delivery instructions, you wish us to pass on to the courier please let us know as soon as you place your order.
The courier will attempt delivery three times before returning your parcel back to us.
Small items such as buttons, cross stitch & crafts are shipped by Royal Mail.
In The Event Of Non-Delivery
If you haven’t received your item within the allotted time frame, please contact us and we will rectify this on your behalf. Any parcels found to be missing in transit will be re-sent or refunded/exchanged if stock is not available.
