Courier Services

myHermes - Standard Delivery - Estimated delivery time: usually within 1-3 working days, however can take up to 5 days in some areas.

24 Hour Delivery - Your order will be treated as a priority and shipped the same day as purchased if ordered before 11am, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please be aware that items that exceed a certain height/volume will only be available through the 48hr service. It is not possible to isolate these items on a multi variation list; we will contact you in this event.

Tracking service available.

If possible, please ensure someone is available to receive any items we send to you as a signature may be required. If you have any further delivery instructions you wish us to pass on to the courier please let us know as soon as you place your order.

The courier will attempt delivery 3 times before returning your parcel back to us.  

Small items such as buttons, cross stitch & crafts are shipped by Royal Mail.

In The Event Of Non Delivery

If you haven’t received your item within the allotted time frame please contact us through eBay messaging service and we will rectify this on your behalf. Any parcels found to be missing in transit will be re-sent or refunded/exchanged if stock is not available.
